Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Matthew serves as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher in a large urban district, where he applies over a decade of experience to empower multilingual learners to reach their full potential. His work is deeply rooted in equity, inclusivity, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed academically and beyond.
Vision for the Future

As an advocate for continuous improvement in education, Matthew is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education from the University of Oklahoma with the goal of obtaining principal certification.
