Potenza Calcio Journey

So for the past few weeks, I’ve been playing on my FM20 game as Potenza Calcio. There are two reasons I picked this team, with the first I wanted to coach a team where my family’s ancestors had traveled. The Luria/Lurie/Lluria family traveled from southern Spain after 1492 to Italy and settled in the Potenza area. The small town is no longer there as it has been lost to the sands of time. The second reason for picking the team, is when I normally play any of the Football Manager games, I always start as Barcelona. Well my first season in, I ended up winning the league, Serie C/C and won promotion to Serie B BKT. I’m currently 5 games in for the second season and I’m mid table but I’m expected to be back in Serie C/C by the end of the season. I’m hoping to finish in the bottom half. I sold half the team and used the money I earned along with an increase in funding and grabbed 8 guys for the team. Most of them are under 21. I also added 3 players on loan for half season or full season. I had a few players retire so I tried to convince them to stay on and be player/coaches. Only 2 stayed so I’m hoping they can contribute more off the pitch. I’ll post screens later when I’m not posting from my phone.
